HOW DO I START A SUBSCRIPTION?

Starting a subscription is an easy and quick process. All subscription members will need a AddictaLash account to manage their orders. If you don’t have one, sign up here.

After you create a Glamnetic account, you can either:

1) Shop the subscription collection and the above section

OR

2) Browse our website and products that are eligible for subscription will have an option for “One-Time Purchase” or “Subscribe & Save” option. Select “Subscribe & Save,” your desired shipping frequency and then add to cart.


In order to activate your subscription, you’ll need to place your order.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

If you want to change your lash, liner log into your AddictaLash account to manage your subscriptions. You can swap your product(s) as often as you wish and manage all your orders here.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you change your mind, we are here to help. All subscriptions can be managed online in your AddictaLash account or can be accessed by our customer support team at support@addicalash.com. 

Under the "Subscriptions" tab you have the options to either "Swap", "Edit" or "Cancel" your subscription.
